House of Paloma may from time to time change this site (including these Terms & Conditions). Please re-read the Terms & Conditions before any subsequent use of this site.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, terms and conditions at any time. All houseofpaloma.com content and prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. We attempt to make all efforts to correctly display photos, descriptions, information and prices of our products including the actual colour, however the actual colours you see may vary depending on your computer system and display settings. House of Paloma does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in the site content. houseofpaloma.com will promptly correct any errors displayed on our web pages that are bought to our attention.



CONTRACT

When you place an order to purchase a product from houseofpaloma.com, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product. It is agreed at the time you place an order, it is your intention to enter into a contract with House of Paloma Pty Ltd. Our acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. The acceptance will be complete at this time. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price, or where the products or services are no longer in stock. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.



PRE ~ ORDER

Once shipped, the customer will receive an order shipment confirmation via email and a tracking number. Please note, we only ship orders once all items are in stock. We recommend placing pre-orders separately if you would like parts of your order that are in stock sent to you beforehand. Should you need to amend your order please email us at hello@houseofpaloma.com

We do not accept cancellations, or provide refunds prior to shipping on pre-ordered items. Please see our exchange and return policy.



PRICING ~ PAYMENT

Prices on houseofpaloma.com are shown and charged in Australian Dollars. Payment is only accepted by means of the credit card types as shown and Paypal. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.



CREDIT CARD FRAUD

House of Paloma will not be responsible for any consequential losses or damages, direct or indirect, suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.



CHILDREN

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years, you cannot place orders with House of Paloma. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use houseofpaloma.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.



SALE

Sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale goods. No credit note will be provided for sale items. This includes SAMPLE SALE pieces.



ITEM AVAILABILITY

Where a sold-out item is purchased, you will receive notification via email as soon as possible and will be offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
