AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly. Orders placed after 10am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following shipping day using Australia Post.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian National public holidays will be processed the following shipping day.

Standard delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 AUD 
Standard delivery for large goods including the Moses Basket is a flat rate of $40.00

Express delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 AUD 
Express delivery for large goods including the Moses Basket is a flat rate of $60.00

Orders over $150.00 AUD are eligible for Free Standard Shipping using Australia Post (Not applicable for the Moses Basket). 

Domestic orders should be received within 2 - 5 business days for metropolitan areas & 4 -10 business days for rural areas.

Express orders should be received within 1 - 2 business days.

Domestic orders receive full tracking information. You will receive an email at the time dispatch so that you can track your order. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@houseofpaloma.com



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly. Orders placed after 10am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following shipping day using Australia Post.

IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES - Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.

Standard delivery is a flat rate of $25.00 AUD 
Standard delivery for large goods including the Moses Basket is a flat rate of $60.00

Express delivery is a flat rate of $40.00 AUD 
Express delivery for large goods including the Moses Basket is a flat rate of $80.00

Orders over $200 AUD are eligible for Free Standard Shipping with Australia Post (Not applicable for the Moses Basket). 

Standard International Shipping is sent with Australia Post and should be delivered within 7 - 21 business days.

Express orders should be received within 4 - 5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

House of Paloma accepts the return of unworn, unused, unwashed items in their original condition upon presentation of the original receipt within 7 days of purchase, for exchange or credit note. We do not offer a refund for change of mind. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as House of Paloma cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost.

Customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs, if they are applied.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange or returns on swimwear items so please choose carefully.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@houseofpaloma.com to arrange a return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. All items must be returned in new condition with tags in place. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by House of Paloma. We reserve the right to repair or replace.

House of Paloma reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.



SALE

Sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale goods. No credit note will be provided for sale items. This includes SAMPLE SALE pieces.



HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

In order to make a return, customers must first contact House of Paloma by email within 7 days from the date of purchase in order for exchange or credit note.

In order to process your return please email hello@houseofpaloma.com with the following information:

  • Date of Purchase
  • Original Order Number
  • Items to be returned for exchange or credit note
  • Please state the reason for return
  • State your preference of exchange or credit note

STOCKIST EXCHANGE/RETURN

Please note: We are not responsible for exchanging/returning House of Paloma items purchased via our stockists.

In order to exchange/return items purchased from a House of Paloma stockist, the customer must contact the stockist directly with proof of purchase and are subject to the stockists exchange/return policy.
